ABSTRACT:- Diabetes mellitus, often simply referred to as diabetes—is a group of metabolic diseases in which a person has high blood sugar, either because the body does not produce enough insulin, or because cells do not respond to the insulin that is produced.
       In 2000, according to the World Health Organization, at least 171 million people worldwide suffer from diabetes, or 2.8% of the population . Its incidence is increasing rapidly, and it is estimated that by 2030, this number will almost double. The greatest increase in prevalence is, however, expected to occur in Asia and Africa, where most patients will probably be found by 2030 The increase in incidence of diabetes in developing countries follows the trend of urbanization and lifestyle changes, perhaps most importantly a "Western-style" diet. In India most important factor is non-avalaiblity of brown Rice & ,adulteration of Oil.Now it is a great threat to India.Major health care problem in india.Complex gene in this age old diabetes Type-2 are aquired at birth and manifested after 40 years and above.This study shows that Zero White Rice ,Zero Oil with Belly Exercise will lead to normal and healthy life.
       INTENT:Intent of the study done By Dr Premanidhi Panda from 1995 to 2006 over a period of 10years over 3000Cases of Both Type-I & Type –II shows a marvelous reasult that Restriction of Rice to Zero and Little or Zero Oil (EXCEPT CONSUMPTION EFA OIL)Consumption with Belly Exercise gives a dramatic effect not only Controlling diabetes but also reduction and reverse of ECG pattern in Diabetes with IHD OR Acute Myocardial Infarction.
       DISCUSSION:Diabetes although a thertning to health care system in India.I cn challenge and Give to Global advice to follow my way of long life for Diabetes and coronary heart disease that is Prof. Panda WAYS OF LONG LIFE:-ZER RICE,ZERO OIL,BELLY EXERCISE” will lead to healthy life.Here I am adding myself being a diabetic I am leading normal life before this discipline my Cholesterol was 342mg,TG was 678mg/dl.After this discipline without taking any Drugs Cholesterol reduced to 152mg/dl,TG reduced to 202mg/dl.
